The air exchange system of the Hotel Sovestro takes the air from the countryside surrounding the structure and from where the vineyards of the Tenuta Sovestro farmare located, then introduces the air into a granular filtering system (classic) and into an activity system for the inactivation of the biological charge of the filtered air (innovation). The result is what has been defined "biocidal action", able to eliminate viruses and bacteria in the air.
We use this type of air sanitization in hotel rooms and in all indoor common areas.

We are lucky, because the air we put in the filtration system is the air of the Tuscan countryside, so basicly much cleaner than that of any city, for example. This certainly facilitates the task of cleaning the air, but the afety and peacefulness of our guests is crucial for us,therefore we have chosen to adopt an air-sanitization system, AirSuite, recommended to laboratories and pharmaceutical industries, where the sanitization of environments is extreme.
In addition to the security of breathing "clean air", this system also has many other advantages, including the fact that it uses a biopolymer that is widely available in nature, non-toxic and has intrinsic infection prevention properties.
At Hotel Sovestro, we have long been striving not to be a burden to the environment by using cleaning products certified as organic, installing a column for recharging electric cars, and also looking into the preparation of our restaurant's dishes with zero-kilometer products.In this case as well, despite the safety and sanitization of the environment is at the top, we have chosen the solution that, although more expensive, allows us to ensure our customers a sanitized and safe environment and at at the same time to reduce the environmental impact
